While World Food Safety Day is officially observed on June 7th, we are commemorating it at Plant Lipids with a week-long celebration from June 2nd to June 6th with a series of engaging and informative programs aimed at strengthening food safety awareness and practices across our organization.
This year’s theme, “Science in Action,” jointly launched by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and the World Food Safety Day campaign highlights the vital role that scientific knowledge and innovation play in ensuring food safety at every stage of the supply chain—from farm to fork.
