Nurture Academy is proud to announce that 17-year-old tennis player Karan B. Thapa has been selected to represent Nepal in the Men’s Davis Cup Team, marking a significant milestone in the journey of an athlete who has been supported by the Academy since the grassroots level.

Karan secured his place in the national team through the Davis Cup selection tournament held at the Satdobato Tennis Complex, Lalitpur.

Nurture Academy has been an integral part of Karan’s development from the early stages of his tennis career, supporting his training and growth as he progressed towards professional tennis. In 2025, he also competed in ITF tournaments in Dubai, gaining valuable international exposure and competitive experience that further strengthened his development as a player.

Karan’s achievement reflects the impact of sustained grassroots support, quality training, and access to competitive opportunities in helping young athletes realise their potential and compete at the highest levels of the sport.

Congratulations to Karan on this remarkable achievement, and best wishes as he represents Nepal on the international stage and inspires the next generation of aspiring athletes.
