Nanma CEEP: Celebrating Milestones, Nurturing Dreams

On October 21, 2023, Plant Lipids marked a special day under its CSR program, “Nanma CEEP” (Capability, Exploration, and Enhancement Program). This day witnessed the Inauguration of the 3rd Batch of students and the heartwarming Convocation of the 1st Batch.

The day unfolded as a source of motivation and progress, with various inspirational events and activities driving individuals towards personal and collective advancement.

The event commenced with a heartfelt prayer led by students from St. Peters School Kolenchery, resonating with hope and humility, setting the stage for a day dedicated to enlightenment.

Mr. Anilkumar Radhakrishnan, the CFO of Plant Lipids, extended a warm welcome to the attendees in his opening address, radiating positivity and signaling the beginning of a day devoted to learning and development.

Mr. E. Nandakumar, the Nanma President and former Executive Director of BPCL, delivered an insightful Nanma Orientation Talk, sharing the vision for capability enhancement and exploration. His words inspired everyone to embark on their educational journey with enthusiasm.

The morning’s highlight was the official Inauguration by Mr. Manoj Marar, the CEO of Plant Lipids. His motivating and aspirational words set the tone for a day focused on personal and academic growth.

Mr. P V Baby, the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Thrikkakara, and Mrs. Manju Das engaged in an insightful interaction with students and parents, sharing wisdom and experiences that built bridges and trust among participants.

Mr. Joys Sebastian, one of the prominent art directors in the film industry and media advisor, graced the event as the keynote speaker. His inspiring journey and insights into the world of creativity left the audience spellbound, encouraging them to explore their artistic potential.

The event included a Convocation Ceremony and a feedback session led by a few students, providing a platform for participants to reflect on their academic journey and express their thoughts and experiences.

Mrs. Manju Das led an engaging session where Nanma students interacted, shared experiences, and showcased their talents, leaving a lasting impression and demonstrating the immense potential and creativity of the upcoming generation.

The symposium concluded with Mr. Kurian P Paul expressing sincere gratitude to all participants and contributors. Plant Lipids’ Nanma CEEP program is steadfast in its commitment to nurturing talent, fostering personal growth, and uplifting the community. The symposium marked significant milestones of the program and offered a valuable platform for learning and inspiration.
