Plant Lipids Hubli organized a drawing competition for schoolchildren in association with the Block Education Office and the Ground Water Department, Shiggaon, to raise awareness about groundwater conservation, water management, and the importance of protecting water resources. The event encouraged students to express their ideas and creativity through art while promoting environmental responsibility.
It was also aimed at raising awareness among schoolchildren about groundwater conservation, educating students on the importance of sustainable water use, encouraging creative thinking and artistic expression on environmental themes, and inspiring young minds to contribute to water conservation efforts.
The company supported the event by providing students with drawing sheets and art materials, participation certificates, prizes for winners, along with refreshments.
The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from 33 students representing 33 schools. Students from different age groups participated and presented innovative drawings depicting the importance of water conservation and groundwater recharge.
Officials from the Ground Water Department addressed the students and emphasized the importance of conserving groundwater resources.
The artwork was evaluated based on creativity, originality, relevance to the theme, and overall presentation. Winners were selected in different categories and received prizes sponsored by Plant Lipids Pvt Ltd. All participants were presented with participation certificates and drawing materials as a token of encouragement.
