We are pleased to announce the commencement of our new processing facility in Gundelpet, strategically established to leverage the abundant availability of raw materials in the region. This initiative is designed to enhance productivity and operational efficiency while reinforcing our commitment to growth and sustainability.
The function was blessed by Fr Antony Kunnappilly, marking an auspicious beginning for this new venture. The facility was inaugurated in the presence of John Nechupadom, Manoj Marar, and other executives of Plant Lipids.

- Turmeric RM Processing: The facility focuses on the initial cleaning and conversion of turmeric into pellets, ensuring superior quality while enabling efficient transportation and storage.
- Direct Sourcing for Quality: Our dedicated plant allows us to engage directly with farmers, eliminating intermediaries and ensuring better traceability, purity, and consistency in turmeric quality.
- Eco-Friendly Manufacturing: By minimising the transportation of unprocessed goods to distant manufacturing hubs, we significantly cut down on fuel consumption and emissions, making our operations more sustainable.
Sustainability & Carbon Footprint Reduction: The pre-processing of raw materials at the source contributes to sustainability by reducing transportation emissions by 50%. This initiative not only enhances efficiency but also supports our broader goal of lowering our carbon footprint and promoting greener supply chain practices.
