The “Young Leaders” project at Plant Lipids is to build a high-performing team of young professionals who can drive the organization’s growth and success in the future. The project aims to identify and develop emerging leaders within the organization, providing them with the necessary training, coaching, and development opportunities to become effective and competent leaders. By investing in the development of young leaders, Plant Lipids would ensure a robust talent pipeline, promote a culture of innovation and excellence, and enable sustainable growth and success.
Annually, Plant Lipids selects about 15 mid-senior executives, initiating them into Management Programs and providing mentorship to prepare them for elevated responsibilities within the organization. The program, spanning 10 months, is developed in collaboration with the country’s most esteemed institutes to create a customized, classroom-oriented training program for these executives.
How to be part of the initiative
- Links will be provided in the PL One Portal during the commencement process scheduled in August/September every year.
- Referrals from the department heads would also be considered.
Eligibility requirements
Experience inside and outside the organization – 2 Years and 5 years respectively.
Batch selection process:
The selection of participants for each year’s batch is determined through deliberations involving the HR department, Advisory Board, and Top Management during formal meetings.
