At Plant Lipids, we’re enthusiastic about continuous improvement, which is why we are celebrating our Shiggaon branch’s adoption of Kaizen. Kaizen is a philosophy that revolves around making small, ongoing improvements in processes and operations, and it’s a concept we wholeheartedly embrace. While our Kadayiruppu facility has been practicing this philosophy for some time, our Shiggaon branch recently embarked on its Kaizen journey.
On October 17, 2023, we celebrated the impressive achievements of our Shiggaon team in embracing Kaizen. In just one month, they submitted five Kaizen ideas that led to significant improvements. Here’s a quick look at their September Kaizen submissions:
