Once there was a toothpaste company that was struggling to increase its sales. Despite their best efforts, they could not seem to figure out what was holding them back. One day, the CEO of the company had a chance encounter with one of the security staff at their headquarters.

As the CEO and the security staff talked, the security staff noticed that the toothpaste tube that the CEO was holding was difficult to use. He suggested that the company should consider increasing the tip diameter of the toothpaste tube to make it easier for customers to use and to get more toothpaste out of each tube.

At first, the CEO was hesitant to take the suggestion of a security staff member, but then he realized that good ideas can come from anywhere. The CEO immediately implemented the suggestion and the company began to see an increase in sales.

The security staff member was ecstatic to see his suggestion make a difference and the CEO recognized him for his contribution to the company’s success. The company continued to make small but meaningful changes, and the sales kept increasing.

The lesson from this story is that great ideas can come from anyone, regardless of their position or title. By listening to the suggestions of others and being open to new ideas, we can find innovative solutions to even the most challenging problems. By valuing the input of all members of our team, we can create a culture of innovation and success.
