We recently hosted two enriching knowledge sessions aimed at strengthening our culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

On 5th and 17th July 2025, we had the privilege of welcoming Dr. Padmanabhan N S, Head of the Rajagiri Centre for Design Thinking, for an engaging workshop on Design Thinking. The sessions were thoughtfully designed to introduce and deepen participants’ understanding of design thinking methodologies, encouraging teams to adopt a user-centric approach to problem-solving, embrace creative ideation, and challenge conventional thinking. Dr. Padmanabhan’s expertise and interactive facilitation made the experience both practical and inspiring, equipping our teams with valuable tools for innovation.

Continuing our learning journey, on 19th July 2025, we conducted a focused session on the “7 QC Tools for Problem Solving and Quality Circles”, led by Mr. M S Sebastian, a Senior Management Consultant with deep expertise in quality systems and operational excellence. This session emphasized the importance of structured, data-driven problem-solving in achieving consistent process quality. The 7 QC tools—including techniques such as cause-and-effect diagrams, control charts, and Pareto analysis—are widely regarded as essential in identifying root causes, analyzing performance trends, and fostering effective decision-making.

Both sessions served as valuable opportunities for team members to enhance their skill sets, exchange ideas, and reinforce our commitment to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
