Sustainable Living for a Better Future: Plant Lipids Nanma CEEP Program’s Three-Day Camp Reflections

The Plant Lipids Nanma CEEP program recently organized a three-day camp focusing on sustainable and responsible consumption and living practices. The camp was inaugurated by ACP (L&O) Kochi city, Nandakumar, the president of Nanma Foundation Ernakulam, Dr.M.R Santhadevi, a retired scientist from NPOL (Nanma senior member), and Fr.Jose Sahrudaya.

The first session of the camp was conducted by ACP Jayakumar, who spoke about responsible citizenship by practicing sustainable and responsible consumption. The second session was led by Ms. Merin, who focused on sustainable practices in daily life for a better tomorrow. The third session was conducted by Adv.Prabha, who spoke about habits for sustainable living.

On the second day of the camp, a theatre workshop was conducted by Mr. Nikhil and his team from Anandam Happiness Centre in Thodupuzha. The theme of the workshop was “Back to Nature.” On the third day, an outreach program was conducted at the Children’s Science Park in Kalamassery, which included debates led by Mr. Sunil Devadatham, an HRD trainer, and Mr. Viji Varghese, a senior trainer at SPC, ORC, etc.

The camp concluded with a windup session that included a fun time with RJ Sharath. The Plant Lipids Nanma CEEP program aims to promote sustainable and responsible consumption and living practices through such initiatives.
