Kaizen is a philosophy that revolves around making small, ongoing improvements in processes and operations, and it&#8217;s a concept we wholeheartedly embrace. While our Kadayiruppu facility has been practicing this philosophy for some time, our Shiggaon branch recently embarked on its Kaizen journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On October 17, 2023, we celebrated the impressive achievements of our Shiggaon team in embracing Kaizen. In just one month, they submitted five Kaizen ideas that led to significant improvements.
